1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription-Based Services
  • Custom or Specialized Services

A. Refunds for Consulting Services

If you purchase a one-time consulting session, refunds are only available if:

  • The service was not provided due to an error on our part.
  • You cancel the session at least 48 hours in advance before the scheduled time.

If you have already received the consulting session, refunds will not be issued.

B. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services

If you subscribe to an ongoing service, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, and no services have been rendered.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your service agreement.
  • If you cancel a subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

C. Refunds for Custom or Specialized Services

Custom services (such as tailored consulting plans or strategy development) are non-refundable once work has begun. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Services that have already been provided or completed.
  • Digital downloads, reports, or templates.
  • Any services where the customer has received and used our expertise.
  • Missed consulting sessions without prior cancellation.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

    • If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • If your request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.

4. Processing and Timelines

If your refund is approved, please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service:

  • For one-time consulting sessions, cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • For subscription services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  • For custom services, cancellations are not eligible for refunds once work has started.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider:

  • We may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated.
  • If the chargeback is deemed fraudulent or against our policy, we may deny future services to you.
  • Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
